A native Nevadan, Josh’s practice focuses on business, corporate, real estate, and finance transactions. He routinely handles entity formation, land and business acquisition, construction agreements, loans (construction and permanent), general operational and contract needs, and the ultimate sale of land or improved properties and businesses.
His work has included major real estate, finance, business, and merger and acquisition transactions. Additionally, he has successfully represented clients in the purchase and sale of loans, assisted clients in the title and survey process and has negotiated and consummated defeasances. Josh has represented owners and tenants of retail shopping centers, including negotiating and documenting construction and permanent financing, leases, covenants, conditions, and restrictions, and other related documents. He has also represented purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, contractors, owners, and tenants in common in a wide variety of real estate matters.
Josh has represented both commercial borrowers and lenders regarding the workout of loans, including assignments, assumptions, short sales, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, forbearance agreements, agreements to waive deficiencies, etc., and has advised clients regarding organizing, establishing, and operating business entities, including drafting formation and governing documents.

Accomplishments:
- Josh is a member of the Nevada State Bar (Real Property Section). In 2009, he published an article in the Nevada Lawyer regarding the foreclosure crises and the foreclosure process. In the May, 2014 issue of Nevada Lawyer, Josh published an article called Avoiding Successor Liability in an Asset Sale.
